Garnica at the Sixth National Congress of Forestry and Environmental Officers

Garnica had a stand at the Sixth National Congress of Forestry and Environmental Officers, held at the Riojaforum Conference Centre in Logroño on 17, 18 and 19 October, and organised by the Government of La Rioja.

Each year, this congress aims to act as a meeting place for more than 400 forestry officers and professionals from all over Spain. A place where all attendees can share useful knowledge and experience gained through carrying out their everyday work.

Garnica participated as an event partner and also had a stand in the exhibition area, where attendees could find out about the company’s products, its commitment to sustainability, and specifically its use of wood from poplar plantations, a material that benefits the environment.

Under the slogan “aGENTEsconectad@s” (people connected in management), experts contributed to lectures, round tables, presentations and demonstrations featuring the progress made in their respective specialisms and addressing the most innovative and exciting topics. The four main themes of this edition of the Congress were ‘Biodiversity Factors’, ‘Women and the Forestry World’, ‘SOS Fires’ and ‘Climate Change’.
