Garnica has upgraded its product packaging systems to make them more efficient, attractive and sustainable.
One of the challenges we set ourselves as part of our commitment to developing our business in a more sustainable way was to optimise our product packaging formats.
Goal achieved! Garnica's new packaging is made from recycled cardboard and has a smaller dyed area in order to use less paint. Furthermore, we have reduced the number of colours used in the printing process, eliminating potentially more polluting pigments and achieving a cleaner design.
The packaging system has been optimised to reduce waste cardboard and increase the packaging shelf life. In addition, all our cardboard comes from recycled materials and is 100% recyclable.
This is another example of our ESG commitment to increase the use of recyclable and reusable paper and cardboard in order to reduce our carbon footprint and help care for our planet.
