Phenolic film-faced Eucalyptus-reinforced pine plywood
Plywood panel for formwork covered with 170 gr/m2 phenolic paper, a Eucalyptus Globulus-reinforced European Radiata Pine-based core and edges sealed with damp-proof paint.
The interior combination of Radiata Pine and Eucalyptus Globulus (the densest of eucalyptus species) increases strength, leading to a larger number of reuses of the panel in formwork, maintaining high stability and dimensional uniformity.
Its composition is based on timber sourced from responsibly managed local forests and plantations to ensure maximum sustainability.
Glue Type: Class III (exterior) according to EN 636
Emissions: Class E1 according to EN 13986
- Improved resistance due to the combination of pine and eucalyptus.
- Smooth surface. Smooth phenolic film finish, perfect for formwork.
- Longer service life. Larger number of reuses thanks to its eucalyptus-reinforced core.
- Exceptional properties. Dimensional stability and uniformity.
- Outdoor durability. Class III phenolic gluing and edges sealed with damp-proof paint.
- Sustainability. Wood from sustainable European plantations.
Rippling: The rippling in formwork panels is a natural phenomenon resulting from the wood's reaction to high volume of water during concrete casting. These undulations occur in the outer veneers that are in indirect contact with the concrete and are intrinsic, unable to be completely eliminated due to their inherent nature.
Esthetic Limitations: While our formwork panels are top-quality European products for concrete casting, their suitability for creating decorative elements is not guaranteed.
