With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she has proven to be a valuable asset in supply chain management (SCM). Before joining Garnica in 2024, she played a key role at Grupo Cosentino as Director of Industrial Purchasing, Logistics, and Expansion, where she led initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and sustainable growth for the company.

Her career includes leading significant projects, such as developing packaging solutions and recycled PET for a Belgian firm, as well as holding leadership positions in renowned multinationals like Patentes Talgo, CAF, and Montefibre Hispania.

Marta joins Garnica with a strong commitment to leading a team that values integrity and respect, focused on customer service and proudly representing the Garnica brand globally. She also champions innovation as a key driver for the company's growth and competitiveness.

Marta holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Technical Degree in Management Computer Engineering, both from the University of Deusto in Bilbao, as well as a Strategic Master's in High-Performance Team Management from the Polytechnic University of Como (Italy) and an Executive MBA from EAE Business School.
