Garnica at the Fifteenth UPNA Employment and Enterprise Fair

On Wednesday 26 October, the Public University of Navarre (UPNA) held the fifteenth edition of the Employment and Enterprise Fair in Pamplona's Pabellón Navarra Arena, in which we participated as a partner, helping young people about to embark on their career journey.

The Fifteenth UPNA Employment and Enterprise Fair helped us improve our understanding of the main job market trends, interact with other participating organisations, discover new opportunities, and above all, promote our company as an attractive employer.

As event partners, we had a premium stand which attendees (students from the Public University of Navarre and other centres, or professionals in search of new opportunities) could visit to find out more about Garnica and our work. People management and sustainability were the two most popular topics for visitors.

Workshops and talks on employability were also hosted and express ten-minute interviews were conducted with members of the Human Resources teams of the attending companies. The fair enabled us to publicise people-centred management, one of the key pillars of our philosophy.
