Garnica partners in the UPNA’s 15th Career and Entrepreneurship Fair

On October 26, the Public University of Navarre (UPNA) held the 15th Career and Entrepreneurship Fair in the Pabellón Navarra Arena in Pamplona where we participated as a partner, helping young people about to embark on their career journey.

UPNA’s 15th Career and Entrepreneurship Fair provides us with a better understanding of the main trends in the job market, interact with other participating organizations, discover new opportunities, and, above all, enhance our talent pipeline.

Specifically, during the event we participated by sponsoring a premium stand where attendees—including students from the Public University of Navarre and other centers, as well as job-seeking professionals—could stop in and get to know more about Garnica and the work that we do. For those who visited our stand, the two most valuable aspects about our company were sustainability and how we manage our people.

During the fair there were also workshops, group discussions about employability, and various 10-minute speed interviews with Human Resources personnel from participating companies. This is a way of getting to know us and share our people-centered management, one of the cornerstones of our philosophy.
