At Garnica, defining our value proposition and providing a management framework focused on people are among the key pillars of our philosophy. We believe in and are committed to the value of the entire community that makes up our company, and we are aware that they constitute our main source of wealth. The community is undoubtedly the base for continuing and guaranteeing our future growth.

The journey starts with talent attraction and recruitment. In this regard, we attempt to attract and select candidates who—in addition to providing the necessary experience, training, and skills based on the role they are going to hold or could potentially hold in the future—are also aligned with our company culture and values based on trust, transparency, and collaboration, ensuring equal treatment and opportunities, as well as avoiding any type of discrimination.

Once the person in question has been chosen to fill the open position, we welcome them onboard with a customized welcome plan, based on each person's needs, providing training in the different cross-sectional areas and visiting the production plants. In addition, we provide the new employee with the work and personal protection equipment corresponding to the role they will carry out as well as the corporate onboarding manual.

We consider the process of integrating the new employee to be crucial to helping the person to join the company's culture. That is why we particularly emphasize this phase of the employee's journey as an essential part of our welcome programs.

Next, the orientation begins where the employee will find a series of plans and programs. These include the Integrated System of Risk Prevention Management, the Equality Plan, and the Garnica Health program, which is an initiative with actions aimed at protecting the health and safety of the entire human team and promoting healthy life habits. In addition, they will learn Garnica's Ethics Code, which establishes a series of principles and guidelines of conduct based on ethics, respect, and collaboration.

All of this is combined with the incentives and benefits that we provide our employees, not only through a remuneration system with competitive conditions, but also a flexible work system that facilitates a better work-life balance. We also have internal promotion plans as central pillars of professional development, where we highlight the Garnica Academy. This is a tool we developed to launch training actions that we will progressively expand on.
